Where does forward ship?

We ship everywhere in the US, including Alaska and Hawaii. We also ship internationally to over 200 countries.

The items that I wish to purchase are out of stock— will they be restocked?

Most of our items are scheduled to be restocked.

Do you process my order on weekends?

No. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays.

How can I track my order?

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you have not received an email within 48 business hours of making your purchase, please contact us here.

Can I cancel my order?

If you just placed your order, please email us as soon as possible to request a cancellation. You can cancel your order as long as it has not been packed or shipped yet.

What if I have special delivery requirements?

Please contact us here so we can do everything we can to accommodate your special delivery requirements.

What if my package was lost or I haven’t received it yet?

We are very sorry to hear this. Please contact info@forwardbrand.co for us to assist you in filing a lost package claim. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or stolen package(s) once it has been delivered.

International shipping to certain countries may take up to 2-4 weeks and Forward is not responsible for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather or customs clearance.

Can I change my address or edit my order?

If you just placed your order and it has not shipped yet, please contact support@forwardbrand.co to change your address or edit your order.

What is your return policy?

We accept unwashed and unworn items with the tags still attached within 30 days of their ship date. Once we receive your return, you will be refunded. More information can be found here
